We have a special introductory price for Yoga, and Pologa. Because we at Stl Yoga believe in the benefits of all the classes we have to offer. We decided to do something special. Are you sitting down?............ok, here it is.
The first class is free to anyone who wants to come in on Monday OR Tuesday class.... thats right FREE. All you need to do to register is call the instructor that is teaching that class and leave a message, or you may text them as well (CLICK ON THE CLASS SCHEDULE TAB). You may also text Ken at 314.575.1212; call Ken at 314.575.1212 or email Ken at masseur2001@hotmail.com and let him know your name and which class your interested in and he will be more than happy to relay the message to the corresponding instructor.
Once you arrive at the studio just sign the waiver form, sign in sheet and enjoy the class. The benefits are many as outlined in the class descriptions. These simple steps will ensure a quality class. This will also give you an opportunity to meet the instructor and ask questions, if any.
