It is a therapeutic path to healing no matter if it is for physical, mental, or emotional aspects of our life. Gentle Yoga encompasses breathing, relaxation, stretching and yoga poses. Meditative poses are mostly on the floor and held 3-5 min. based on what your body needs to take from each pose.

Yoga for all levels: You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just need to show up. Classic Asthonga yoga focusing on breath and centering postures. Classic Vinyasa presented simply, using props to help you extend your practice.

Cardiyoga and a Deep Stretch: Come prepared to sweat, bring a towel and plenty of water. Short Vinyasa designed to raise your heart rate and warm you up. All this body heat is then exploited by moving into some deep stretches, heart openers and restorative savasanas.
